Terms and Conditions

The IA Hall Rates from 1 January  – 31 December 2011 are as follows:

Quarterly Contract (hourly rate):
R90 per hour
Weekdays
R90 per hour (including evenings)
Fridays and Saturdays
R2200
A deposit of R1000 is payable in advance, and will be refunded by cheque 7 days after the event, once the keys have been returned and the premises and contents inspected.

Enquiries may be directed to the Irene Village Hall Manager on 076 604 5432, between 8:30 and 16:30 on weekdays. Please make bookings well in advance, to ensure availability of the Hall.
